OUR REFUND POLICY
At The Wallpaper Co., we want your experience with us to be seamless and enjoyable. We understand that sometimes tastes and plans can change, which is why we make returns on most in-store purchases simple and stress-free, and NEVER charge a re-stocking fee on any in-stock purchases.
Refund Policies
The following refund policies apply for all purchases made at any of our stores and showrooms.
• All refunds require the original sales receipt.
• No refunds on special orders, custom products or samples.
• We will gladly refund or exchange in-stock wallcovering within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt and all manufacturers labels including run numbers.
• Decorative accessories may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt and all original packaging.
• Refunds on purchases made by cash or check will be refunded via check within 14 business days.
• Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
